This is us!

A new start

So I deleted the old blog. I wasn't very happy with it. It's time for a new start though. We're on vacation this week - yahoo! Although today is the last day :( I guess we still have the weekend. One good thing is that we got a digital camera this past week, so I will have lots of pictures to update the blog this time. I have probably 40 or so on the camera right now and just have to figure out how to transfer them to the computer, I probably have to download the software.

Rob turned 30 on Wednesday. I don't think it bothered him too much. I was planning a surprise party this weekend but it's been postponed until August.

Tracey, as far as I know, hasn't had the baby. There is an update on her blog for yesterday and still no baby. Come on baby so we can have that shower!!!

We spent last week in Shediac at the campground. It was hot and sticky. The beach was really fun. Hailey had a blast picking up hermit crabs and jelly fish and Jordan & Steph had a great sand/mud fight. I have to pick up the pictures today. We also spent a day at Magic Mountain and one at the zoo. By Thursday we'd had enough of the sun so we spent the day in the mall in the much needed air conditioning. We also went to the Drive-In and saw "Click" - kinda hard to watch with a 2 year old running around in the car. It was something that I wanted my kids to experience, just as I had when I was a kid. It was E.T. at the Drive-In just above where the Bucket Club is now in Silverwood.
